The Goodlife
Institute
2017 – 2026

One chapter ends. The work continues.

For nearly a decade, The Goodlife Institute helped thousands of ambitious leaders succeed without sacrificing their health, relationships and personal aspirations.

That chapter has now come to a close.

The Goodlife Institute was one
application of a much larger body of thought.

Long before The Goodlife Institute existed, we had been developing a philosophy concerned with a more fundamental question:

WHAT PRINCIPLES ALLOW HUMANS TO LIVE WELL?

The Goodlife Institute coaching and training programs became one expression of those ideas.

Now, as that chapter ends, the larger inquiry comes back into focus.

From the individual
to the systems around us.

Much of modern thinking about well-being focuses on the individual: their choices, habits, mindset and behavior.

We’re interested in another question.

What if we designed the
conditions around humans with
their well-being in mind?

How might communities, institutions and societies function differently if human well-being were treated not as a fortunate byproduct, but as a design objective?
