When you become a Goodlife Institute® (“CWU,” “GLI,” “we,” “us,” “our”) Inner Circle member, you are eligible to receive a thank you gift (gift, cash gift, or program credit) when you refer friends and colleagues to our program. However, in order to participate in the Referral Program, you must accept and agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as the following Referral Program Terms:
Definitions
A “Referral” means a person you refer to Corporate Women Unleashed™ under our Referral Program.
“Notice of Referral” means your obligation to use the referral system provided above when referring a prospective client.
“Gift” refers to the gift, cash gift, or credit toward any Goodlife Institute® program credit you may receive for each Referral. Dollar amounts and gift types are subject to change.
“Member” refers to a person who has successfully completed our eight-week Corporate Women Unleashed™ course.

You must use the unique email or LinkedIn messaging provided above when making an introduction to correctly identify your Referral.
At the time you’ve provided us with a Referral, you must be a Member in good standing. We reserve the right to declare any Member to not be a Member in good standing based upon our sole and absolute discretion.
You must know the Referral personally and in a meaningful way. This is not an affiliate program, and we do not authorize any such type of marketing or advertising on our behalf.
We reserve the right to discontinue this Referral Program at any time and without notice.
The Referral must successfully complete our eight-week Corporate Women Unleashed™ course.
The Referral must have paid for the applicable course in full at the time the Gift is paid.
We will attempt to issue payment of the Gift within 60 days of the Referral’s successful completion of the applicable program; however, we make no representations or warranties in this regard and reserve the right to withhold payment of the Gift for any reason or no reason at all.
Only one Gift may be paid per Referral. If a Referral successfully completes more than one qualifying course, you as the referring Member may not receive more than one Gift.
In the event, more than one Member refers a Referral, only the Member who first provided the Notice of Referral may receive a Gift. GLI reserves the right to make an exception to this rule at our discretion should we see a fitting situation.
We are in no way obligated to provide any Gift. We intend this to be a true gift to you; therefore, we should not and will not be obligated to give any Gift, whether legally or morally. You should not take any action or refer a Referral to us with the expectation that you are entitled to receive a Gift and/or that we are obligated to give you a Gift.
By referring a Referral to us, you represent and warrant that you are happy with all courses, services, and/or products you have received from us and that all Referrals will be referred in good faith. You should wholeheartedly mean everything you say about our program to a Referral, and you represent and warrant that you will never make any false, misleading, or deceptive statement to any Referral about our program or anything related to your experience with us.
Termination of the Referral Program will not automatically result in the termination of your agreement to these Referral Program Terms, our Terms of Use, or your Goodlife Institute® membership unless otherwise specified by us in writing (which may be provided by email). However, any provision of this these terms (as well as our Terms of Use) which by its nature must survive termination in order to give effect to its meaning shall survive such termination. Termination of your Goodlife Institute® membership will automatically terminate your eligibility to participate in the Referral Program.
GLI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES IN RELATION TO THE REFERRAL PROGRAM. GLI IS OFFERING THIS REFERRAL PROGRAM ON AN “AS-IS” BASIS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. GLI SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
By sending, or attempting to send, us a Notice of Referral you are acknowledging you have read and understand these Referral Program Terms, in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and that you agree to all such terms.
